Jordyn and I were able to visit NY last week for 8 days! It was a lot of fun and we did a lot of visiting. We spent everyday with our close friends the Royces and the Lyons and since I had free babysitting I was able to go out with my friends quite a few nights. We played tons of games, ate lots of food and went bowling twice which I haven't done in a while.
We also have a very close friend who is sick with cancer and we were able to visit her every day in the hospital which I am very thankful for. Jordyn had a hard time adjusting after the long trip and it took her a few days to begin to be happy and good but when she did she was quite enjoyable. She got her first easter basket ever from Grandma Beer and a few new toys to play with just at Grandma and Grandpas which she thought was very fun. Everyone was shocked at how big Jordyn has become and loved holding and playing with her. We were sad to leave but excited to get back home to Daddy!
